1) RUO Shipping Scope
Orders placed through GlowPath Lab are fulfilled for laboratory and research-use purposes only. Products are not intended for human or veterinary use, and shipping services are provided in line with that RUO model.
2) Shipping Rates
Flat-Rate Shipping: $9.99
We currently apply a flat shipping rate of $9.99 per order at checkout for standard delivery.
Additional charges may apply only where carriers impose special handling fees, remote-area surcharges, or address-correction costs.
3) Processing and Dispatch
Orders are reviewed for payment confirmation, RUO compliance checks, and shipping information accuracy.
Most orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends, holidays, and high-volume periods.
Once shipped, you receive tracking details by email to monitor transit progress with the assigned carrier.
When needed, multi-item orders may ship in separate packages to preserve product handling standards and stock accuracy.
