This policy explains how GlowPath Lab handles refunds, returns, and quality review requests for research-use-only (RUO) products.

1) Policy Scope

Research-use-only order terms

This Refund & Return Policy applies to all purchases placed through GlowPath Lab. Our products are specialized research compounds sold for laboratory and research-use-only purposes, not for human or veterinary use.

2) Core Policy

No refunds and no routine returns

Due to the sensitive and specialized nature of RUO materials, we do not offer refunds once an order is processed and we do not accept returns after a product has left our facility.

All sales are considered final unless one of the limited exception scenarios below applies.

3) Limited Exceptions

When review may be available

Fulfillment Error

If we shipped the wrong item, wrong quantity, or incorrect batch due to a confirmed handling error on our side, we will review and resolve the issue.

Verified QC Concern

If a product is reported to fail quality control expectations, our team will review available records including COA documentation and batch details.

4) Quality Issue Process

How to submit a review request

If you believe there is a quality issue, contact us at Op******@***il.com and include:

  • Your order number.
  • Batch or lot information from the label.
  • A short description of the issue and relevant testing context.

Requests with complete information are reviewed faster and allow us to compare your report with production and certificate records.

5) Non-Returnable Cases

Requests we cannot approve

  • Opened or used products where no verified company error or QC issue is found.
  • Change-of-mind requests after order processing.
  • Issues resulting from improper handling, storage, or use outside stated RUO parameters.

6) Resolution Outcomes

How decisions are handled

Approved exception cases are handled case-by-case. Depending on findings, remedies may include replacement, store credit, or another commercially reasonable resolution.

GlowPath Lab reserves the right to request additional documentation before determining any final outcome.

Changes to refund and return terms

We may update this policy from time to time based on operational, compliance, or legal requirements. The latest version posted on this page will govern future orders.
